The challenge

We were contacted by audiologist and business owner Wesley Ong to create a video asset that would show why Fidelity Hearing Centre was different from the big players in the audiology industry. By showing the passion and experience of the team, it would build trust with people who watched the video, as well as represent any any of the Fidelity clinics around Australia.

In collaboration with Wesley and his team, we conceptualised and strategised a Video Business Card to tell his brand story and why Fidelity Hearing Centre exists. We planned out a production over two video shoots to capture an interview and footage for the project out of the Fidelity Birkdale Clinic. Brown Fox also oversaw all creative direction and post-production for this project.

The result

‍

The Video Business Card was well-received by Wesley and the Fidelity team, and is now being used to represent their business as the main video asset on their website. They also use the VBC on Podium, their client platform. When a client makes their first appointment, the video is sent to them via text so that they can learn about Fidelity before stepping into the clinic.
