THE IDEA

The run starts before the first step.

A self-initiated spec film exploring the quiet decision behind everyday progress.

Rather than focusing on elite performance or competition, we built the story around the internal resistance that comes before the run: waking up, preparing, stepping outside and choosing to begin again.

Through restrained performance, natural light and a cinematic rhythm, the film connects one ordinary morning to a larger idea: progress is built through the decision to keep showing up.
