These terms cover your use of the Brown Fox website and booking calendar. They do not replace the terms of an agreed creative project.

Enquiries and calls

You can contact us at hello@brownfox.com.au or book a call through our calendar. An enquiry or call booking does not commit you to a creative project. Project scope, fees, deliverables and other commercial terms are agreed separately in writing.

Your booking

Please provide accurate contact details so we can send your confirmation and meeting information. Check the time zone shown in the calendar before choosing a time. Your confirmation identifies the appointment time and meeting details.

Changes to a booking

Use the reschedule or cancellation links in your booking confirmation, or email hello@brownfox.com.au if you need help. If we need to change a meeting, we will contact you using the details you supplied.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange your call and discuss the support you need. Booking a call is not, by itself, consent to receive unrelated promotional messages.

Website content and external links

Our website helps you understand our work and services. Contact us before copying or reusing material from the site. External platforms and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
